“Implementing Esports as a formal [programme] would only succeed if it was [linked to] outcomes and accountability. [The results] validated that decision, with [positive outcomes].”

"Our LAC student was previously non-attending nor engaging in school, but through his Esports Leadership Pathway the change has been remarkable. He is now engaging consistently, motivated to progress onto further qualifications and applying his leadership skills to his GCSE studies and his rugby club beyond school. The impact has been exceptional."

-Virtual School Officer, Local Authority for Leadership Skills through Esports Level 1 student

"I've played loads before, but this felt like a real tournament. When Seif was shoutcasting our match, it felt next level."

Real skills, real development

They love gaming. Help them get more from it.

Imagine your young person not just enjoying a game, but learning to communicate under pressure, listen to teammates, make decisions and take responsibility. We use esports as the context for structured activities that give those skills a place to grow.

Whether they thrive in traditional classrooms or need a different route into learning, the course offers a purposeful, interest-led way to build confidence week by week.

No competitive gaming experience is required. The emphasis is on learning, development and participation.
